How soon can I start?
After submitting your resume & application, if qualified, you'll receive an email for an interview. Please make sure to check your inbox and spam folder. If selected, you can begin training within 2-3 weeks.
​I don't have a home phone right now, can I still apply?
Absolutely! As long as you have a home phone by your training start date.
Do I have to work a specific shift?
Only during training. Once training is complete, you may work any shift of your choosing as long as you maintain at least 15 working hours each week (Mon-Sun).
Can I work using a laptop or MAC?
Sure! As long as it meets the minimum system requirements.
What are the minimum system requirements?
Our Client systems work best with specific PC processors. All-in-one computers are not compatible, Netbooks and Tablets are prohibited from use. Atom, Celeron, Pentium and Opteron processors are not permitted. You must have a Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better OR Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better. Hard drive must have 20 GB or more of available space. Memory must be a minimum of 4GB. Operating system must be Windows 10. Hard-wired internet connection (no wireless).
Am I calling or up-selling?
Absolutely not. Our Specialists receive inbound calls, provide live chat support or respond to emails of our Clients' customers.
What type of Clients would I work with?
Our Clients are companies within these industries:

Is this commission based?
No. Our hourly wages range between $10 - $18 per hour starting out.
